Company Drivers

Qualifications:

 

• Preferred age of 23 years or older

• Must pass DOT Physical and Pre Employment Drug Screen

• Minimum of one year verifiable driving experience.

• Preferred but not necessary tractor-trailer driving experience.

• No more than three moving violations in the past three years

• No “serious” violations (i.e., reckless or careless driving, DUI, etc.) in the past 5 years

• No preventable accidents in the past three years

• Stable work history

• Neat appearance

 

Pay Scale:

• Salary to start and percentage after

 

Benefits:

​

• Company drivers will receive $150.00 holiday pay
 after 1 year.

• One week paid vacation after 1 year.


• Two weeks paid vacation after 2 years.

• Complementary Health Insurance

• 401K retirements plan.

 

• 
$100 to any driver who completes a no violation DOT inspection.
